Transportation problems and suggestions in Taiwan

I born in Taiwan and I have been living here in most of my life.Thus,I definitely realize that our both train and high speed rail system have some problem which we should be improved or something like that.
I mainly have two points.
First,I think some train station should be renovated like the station in the rural area,because I have gone to some station in Yilan or Hualien in almost 10 p.m and I thought wow here is so dark,which means it is horrible if you go to that kind of station in the night.so,I think the local government may solve the problem first to protect our safety.
The second problem is on high speed rail,we know that high speed rail is convenient and efficient way to go to south of Taiwan except by airplane.However,the expensive ticket price is still a big problem on high speed rail.For example,if you are taking one way to go "高雄" which is almost $1600,it isn't a affordable price for many young man even office worker,a lot of people choose to take the train rather than high speed rail because of the price even if they know that it will spend much time on transportation.Thus, I think the government need to think how to lower the ticket price and to appeal more people who can afford the reasonable price.
